With bats and snakes being connected to the coronavirus, people are going nuts over a bat eating video out of China.
Two videos out of China of people eating bats have gone viral as the global worry over the deadly coronavirus continues to rise. Local media outlets shared the videos online, with one showing a woman nibbling on the wings of a fruitbat in the Wuhan province and the other capturing diners marveling over a broth with a stewed bat in the middle.
Social media users quickly denounced the videos as disgusting and revolting. Experts weighed in saying that bats are among the carriers for the infectious coronavirus, which has already killed at least 25 people across China.
