A Virginia neighborhood now knows who or what has been trashing their Christmas decorations.
Thanks to security cameras, the Grinch of South Run is now known to be a bear. That explains the inflatables being left in shreds. The footage shows the bear ripping apart a Santa in a helicopter.
State wildlife officials stress that covering trash cans would be a big start in the bear moving on.
