The Super Bowl Is Getting “Nick-ified” For Kids

The NFL is expanding its Super Bowl coverage to include kids.

In a move to include children in the biggest event is U.S. sports, the NFL has teamed up with Nickelodeon. The league has shared it’s partnering with CBS Sports and Nickelodeon to produce content to get kids excited about Sunday's big game.

The children's network will air the Nickelodeon Super Duper Super Bowl Pregame Spectacular tonight. The half-hour show includes "Nick-ified" season highlights and will be hosted by Nickelodeon stars Nevaeh Green and Lex Lumpkin.

The pregame show on CBS Sunday will include a segment similar to Nickelodeon's game show, "Unfiltered." Also, some "Nick-ified" highlights will air during halftime of the big game. Yes, that means a Spongebob touch somewhere! Sunday's game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Kansas City Chiefs is on CBS.
