There’s A Chicken Wing Shortage

Brace yourselves, people…there’s another shortage at-hand. Heavy demand and the impact of a brutal Texas winter has led to an understock of chicken wings nationwide. Currently, prices for chicken wings are as high as they’ve been in 33 years, according to some restauranteurs. In Buffalo, one Duff’s manager says he’s having a hard time simply securing “enough flats & drumsticks to make it through the weekend.” Chicken breasts and tenders don’t seem to have the same issue, as of now, but wings are an entirely different story…so cherish them if you have them.
