This week, the last super moon of the year will create a stunning view.
The Strawberry Super Moon is at peak this afternoon, but we won’t be able to view it until tonight. Luckily, because of the super moon status, we’ll get good views through Saturday night.
No, the moon won’t appear pink. The name comes from the Algonquin tribes in the northeastern United States to describe the season for harvesting strawberries.
The next super moon won’t happen until next June.
