A highly anticipated reboot has got its premiere date set.
ABC announced that “The Wonder Years” will debut on September 22 at 8:30 p.m. ET. The show follows a Black family in the 1960’s, with Don Cheadle narrating the episodes about his character’s childhood. Elisha Williams is the center of the show.
Saladin K. Patterson created the new “Wonder Years” and is executive producing along with original series star Fred Savage and Lee Daniels. Savage directed the pilot episode.
