A lawyer who sued for fart harassment has lost during his day in court. Tarique Mohammed filed suit against the Crown Prosecution Service after a colleague asked him “to stop breaking wind in the room where they worked together.” Mohammed says his gassy assy was a result of “medication he was on for a heart condition,” and the complaints were “embarrassing and violated his dignity.” The court found that asking someone to stop farting was not “unreasonable” and the requests weren’t made in the spirit of “violating someone’s dignity”…especially since it wasn’t common knowledge that he was on medication…and some of the uncomfortable environment was brought on by Mohammed’s “overreacting.” Source: The Guardian
