How would you like a lovely view of Oakland, California from a home with a completely open air floor plan?
Of course, there is a catch… the reason it’s open air is the home was gutted by fire. The only part of the crib listed for $650-thousand is the garage. And even that has some damage. The 4-bedroom home actually went UP in price this month.
Whoever buys the place will have to pay to demolish what’s there and to rebuild. Doesn’t sound like a bargain.
