Rainbow Skittles and C4 Energy have just announced their new candy inspired energy beverage, C4 Energy Skittles. Created by Nutrabolt, C4 Energy is described as a performance bevy that tastes “like a handful of Skittles candy.” Chief Marketing Officer Rajaa Grar says it’s a little sweet and a little tart.
This isn’t the company’s first run at such a drink, there was a previous collaboration with Mars Wrigley and Starburst. As for this one, if it takes off as well as the Starburst has you may be looking at other flavors.
As the writers at Foodsided note, Skittles does have other flavors…such as fruit punch or a berry. And while most flavors are fruity, mint or other tropical flavors could pop.
