Coffee Helps Sedentary People Cut Their Early Death Risk

Coffee drinkers with a sedentary lifestyle have a 24-percent less chance of an early death. That's compared with people who sit for six hours at a time without coffee, according to a new study out of China. Researchers found that sitting for more than eight hours a day was linked to an 80-percent higher risk of death from a heart problem.
