Lifetime announced their "It's a Wonderful Lifetime" holiday movie lineup yesterday. It kicks off November 16th.
Among the 12 new movies, there's one inspired by Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. It's called "Christmas in the Spotlight" and it premieres November 23rd.
The plot sounds kinda familiar: A pop star who hasn't found Mr. Right, meets a professional football player backstage at one of her shows. The football player tells the pop star about his crush on her, and they begin dating.
The plot description also reads:
"With each passing day they spend together, their feelings grow stronger, but can it last in the limelight, especially when they both have such hectic schedules?
"With people questioning if their feelings for each other are real or just for show, the pressure mounts from the press, paparazzi, their fans and even their family."
Other movies that might interest your mom include "The Holiday Junkie" starring Jennifer Love Hewitt, "Christmas at Plumhill Manor" with Maria Menounos, and "A Very Merry Beauty Salon" with Tia Mowry.
From October 21st to January 1st, Lifetime will also stream 100 holiday movies on their app and website.
