Graco Baby is recalling 25,000 "My Ride 65" baby car seats due to concerns that the webbing will not keep a child safe in the event of an accident and will tear under the impact. The specific models that are being called back are: 1871689, 1908152, 1813074, 1872691, 1853478, 1877535, 1813015, and 1794334.
The U.S. Department of Transportation's National Highway Traffic Safety Administration submitted their recall notice on May 19, 2017 and is available here to read.
Replacement harnesses will be available to consumers free-of-charge. The recall is expected to begin on July 17.
