Kid Halloween costume pulled after complaints

A controversial kid's Halloween costume has been pulled from store shelves after complaints of it being offensive. The costume depicted Holocaust victim Anne Frank and shows a smiling girl  wearing World War II-era clothing and a beret. A spokesperson explained that the company sells costumes for activities other than Halloween, like “school  projects and plays.”

Anne Frank is known for the diary she wrote while in hiding from the Nazis during the war.
