It's a typical scenario. Your child is playing with a toy. Another child wants to play with the same toy. You say something like, "honey, remember to share." Most of the time, your child reluctantly hands the toy over. Or...starts fussing because he/she doesn't WANT to give up their toy.
Well, maybe...just maybe...we shouldn't make our kids hand their stuff over so quickly. This mom makes an interesting argument as to why she doesn't force her kids to share. I'd love to hear your thoughts on it.
