Someone tried to make a license plate out of a pizza box and failed

Police in Hopkinton, Massachusetts are asking residents not to make their own license plates. Seems like an obvious enough request, but after they spotted one made out of a pizza box with numbers drawn on with marker, they decided to make an official plea. CLICK HERE to see the homemade license plate or check it out below.
