Man Texts Deputy, Offers To Sell Him Drugs

A South Carolina man accidentally texted a deputy offering to sell him weed.  The deputy agreed to meet up with the man who gave a description of his car.  The car matching the description pulled up with four people inside.  Deputies conducted a traffic stop and say they could smell pot from inside the car.  In the end, deputies found 24 ounces of marijuana in the vehicle.  They confiscated that, two digital scales, a box of sandwich bags, three cell phones, and roughly $270.  They issued a citation to the driver Carlos Tarell Wilson and charged Quinton Marquise Jackson with possession with intent to distribute.  Another man in the vehicle, Michael Shannon was also charged with possession.  The fourth person in the vehicle was not charged.
