Rollercoaster Riders Trapped Upside Down For 45 Minutes

In case you missed it, riders on a Texas rollercoaster were left hanging upside down for 45 minutes this week after the ride came to a sudden stop. Batman: The Ride at Six Flags left passengers dangling upside down 12-stories in the air when the safety sensors were triggered. The sensors normally go off for safety reasons like dangerous weather conditions, but the park did not disclose why they went off this time. The ride did resume after 45 minutes and all of the riders returned safely to the platform.
