After conquering online shopping, Amazon may be eyeing the brick and mortar realm.
Reports say Amazon is looking into repurposing old Toys-R-Us stores as their own. Bloomberg reports there are private talks that would have the retail giant moving into the bankrupt firm's locations after the toys are off the shelves. The sources declined to be identified.
Such a move would expand Amazon's brick-and-mortar presence even more than the recent acquisition of Whole Foods Markets. They also have bookstores and convenience stores.
Toys R Us is hoping to begin liquidations today (March 21st). So get ready to shop!
