This weekend, Costco locations across the country are opening an hour early for active duty members of the military, veterans, and their families. Saturday, March 24th, 117 Costco stores are having a “Military Hour,” that some locations are calling "Costco Hero Hour."
Those Costcos are opening at eight instead of nine that morning so current and former members of the armed forces can shop before the crowds fill up stores. All shoppers have to be Costco members to participate, but the retailer is offering a new membership deal for those in the military who aren’t current Costco members.
To get in Costco early for Military Hour, you’ll need a Military ID or you can pre-register online. Not all stores are participating, so check the list before you head out.
