Intoxicated woman comes to prison to pick up intoxicated friend

A drunk woman has been charged with driving under the influence after she drove to pick up her friend from a Pennsylvania jail who’d just been arrested for driving under the influence. Police say they were suspicious of Robin Kemp as she seemed to be “highly intoxicated” upon entering the Cumberland County Prison. They later learned she’d fallen before entering the prison, which cause an injury to her face. After an investigation, police determined she’d driven her vehicle drunk to pick up her friend.
