Sharon Price John, CEO of Build-A-Bear is talking about the mess that was Pay Your Age day.
She admits they were floored by the crowds that came out. She said they could never have estimated the crowds. She also said the idea for the promotion came from the birthday treats bear campaign they have where birthday kids pay their age.
