Burt Reynolds Has Died

A representative for actor Burt Reynolds passed away Thursday at his home in Jupiter, FL. He was 82 years old.

Over the years, Reynolds became a Hollywood leading man starring in landmark films like "Deliverance", "Cannonball Run", "Terms of Endearment" and the 1990-1994 CBS television series "Evening Shade".

He had a famous on again/off again romance and marriage with actress Loni Anderson over the years, though he was married once before to comedian Judy Carne. He even posed nude for Cosmopolitan Magazine, which was quite cutting edge for its time.

Reynolds was known for his raucous appearances on "The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson" where he had an infamous run-in with Double Dare host, Marc Summers.
