"Johnston is listed as a sex offender for a 3rd degree sexual abuse conviction in 2006 from Charles Town, West Virginia.
Police there issued a warrant for his arrest on a charge of domestic battery, 3rd offense in August.
He's described as being 6-feet-tall, 200 pounds, with blue eyes, bald, and with gray stubble.
Police also said he has a Playboy bunny tattoo on the right side of his neck."
