A new study out of Sweden found that having a stressful, high-pressure job plays a big part in weight gain for women – but not for men. Researchers aren’t sure why, but believe it has to do with the added demands women face at home. “It may conceivably be about a combination of job demands and the greater responsibility for the home that women often assume. This may make it difficult to find time to exercise and live a healthy life,” said lead author Sofia Klingberg. (
