It’s pretty much accepted that mopping a tabletop with the same mop you use on the floor is disgusting.
Unfortunately, some fast food workers thought it was a good idea. Because of that, Burger King is apologizing after a video showed one of their employees in the Jacksonville, Florida area doing just that.
Katie Duran captured the moment and could not believe the worker was putting the bacteria and germs from the floor onto the surface where people eat. Burger King issued an apology on Friday. Workers there are being retrained, but the fate of that particular employee is not clear.
