RECALL: Flour Sold At Major Retailers Is Recalled Over E. Coli Concerns

Thousands of bags of flour are being recalled over risks of E. coli contamination.

Here’s what you need to know; major retailers like Aldi (under the name Baker’s), Target, and Walmart are just some of the stores that sell this flour.

King Arthur flour says the recall affects more than 14-thousand five-pound bags of its unbleached all-purpose flour. The company says the wheat used to make those bags has been linked to an ongoing outbreak of E. coli infections. The bags were distributed nationwide under various names.
