In 2017, SPAM went viral after claiming they were coming out with Pumpkin Spice flavored SPAM. Turns out it was a hoax. But with pumpkin-flavored everything that has come out in recent years, it wouldn't be surprising if it was for real.
Apparently Pumpkin Spice SPAM is for real. The company claims they are releasing it for real starting September 23rd and you can buy it on Walmart.com and Spam.com.
People on the website The Daily Meal even got an advance preview sample of the stuff. They say "it looks like normal Spam... but soon after taking it out of the can we caught a whiff of that familiar pumpkin spice scent, which only intensified as it fried up on our stovetop."
When it comes to the taste, the reviewers say, "Honestly, it would go great with some eggs and waffles." Another said, "It wasn't as bad as I expected!"
