The Salvation Army Winchester Corps is seeking volunteers for their annual Christmas Red Kettle Drive. It runs from November 7th through December 24th from 10:00 am until 8:00 pm, Monday through Saturday (no Sundays). The Salvation Army invites individuals, families, civic organizations, church groups, etc. to consider volunteering. You can schedule a block of time (minimum of at least 4 hours), an entire day or week, or a different day every week for the season.You and your group can become involved in giving back to those around us who are in need of food, temporary housing and other social service assistance. Our goal this year is to raise$ 140,000.00, money generated here stays here to serve individuals and families from the City of Winchester, Clarke and Frederick County area.
