If you've ever shopped at CVS than you no doubt have experienced what it is like to leave the store with a ridiculously long receipt. Customers have now taken to social media to show all the creative things you can do with these long strips of paper.
CVS has been handing out these unusually long receipts for years, even as its practice became the butt of jokes and internet memes.
Joe Goode, senior director of communication for CVS, says that customers have the option to opt-out of paper receipts and receive digital coupons to their email or CVS mobile app. Until more people take advantage of that, we can all enjoy the jokes on social media.
