Now this is not something you hear very often in the news but a South Carolina deputy was forced to pull out his taserand use it on his own K-9 partner. What happened next was something out of a sketch comedy show. It seems that deputies were called to the scene of a reported burglary at a home in rural South Carolina. When the K-9 officer got there a cow that was near the scene had distracted his dog and the K-9 ended up biting the cow. In order to try and deescalate the situation, the deputy tased his own dog. Well, that ended up spooking the cow which in turn drop kicked the deputy and the property owner resulting in minor injuries for all involved. The cow is said to be doing fine. Turns out that the burglary call was a false alarm.
