There is something about a person trying to stay warm in Florida that just doesn't make any sensebut that's what apparently happened after an apartment was set ablaze. Police in Saint Petersberg, Florida says that Mark Okrent set his apartment on fire as he was trying to stay warm. The flames were large enough to set off the smoke detectors, causing a response from the fire department. Nobody was hurt but Okrent was charged with arson in the first degree after he allegedly set fire to a stack of paperwork in his apartment building around 3 a.m.
