I did some research. He's 12 year old Bunchee Maxwell Young.
He plays football in Los Angeles and has been in the spotlight since he was 9 years old, when he broke the age-10 world record for the 100-yard dash. He's a YouTube star too and when he turned 11, he was named winner of Sports Illustrated Kids “SportsKid of the Year” award. For that he received a scholarship from the University of Illinois to play football.
