A Boston woman will be a lot more careful the next time she uses ride-share.
She got into a Lyft over the weekend and thought she was being kidnapped. Her phone died after she ordered the ride from a bar. But instead of going home, she went in a whole other direction.
Turns out, she got into the wrong car and was being taken on that user's route. She ended up kicking the door open and running down the road for help. Police say it was all a misunderstanding because of a language barrier.
