DC Sniper Lee Boyd Malvo Is Off The Market

Love is in the air. Even for the man who shot and killed 10 people and terrorized the Washington DC Beltwayregion in 2002. Lee Boyd Malvo, known as the DC Sniper, just got married in a ceremony held at Red Onion State Prison in southwest Virginia, where he is currently incarcerated. Carmeta Albarus, who has served as an adviser and mentor for Malvo since testifying at his 2003 trial, confirmed the wedding took place earlier this month. She attended the ceremony and said, "Over the past 17 years, he has grown despite his conditions of confinement. He has grown into an adult and has found love with a wonderful young lady. ... It was a beautiful ceremony." The bride's name has not been released. The marriage announcement comes amid renewed interest in the case following the premiere of the new season of the podcast "Monster" which focuses on the case.
