Joe Diffie died last month from complications from the coronavirus, but apparently there are folks who don’t believe that. In case you missed it, after conspiracy theorists suggested he died from lung cancer, not COVID-19, his widow Tara took to Instagram to set the record straight.
“my husband@officialjoediffie did NOT HAVE LUNG CANCER. his father passed, same name, November 2018 to stage IV lung cancer,” she shared on Instagram. “STOP STARTING FAKE NEWS. I’ve seen multiple posts and it’s upsetting to all of us.”
