George Strait's tequila brand is helping bartenders who've been impacted by the coronavirus outbreak.
Codigo 1530 announced last week it's donating 30-percent of proceeds to a bartenders' emergency assistance program. Online sales through Cinco de Mayo will see part of the sales go to the program as well.
The money will help bartenders who've lost their jobs due to COVID-19 and nationwide shutdowns.
Strait has been an investor in the brand since 2017.
