(Roswell, NM) -- Over a third of Americans think the 1947 U-F-O crash at Roswell is "plausible" according to a new Fairleigh Dickinson University poll. The story of aliens crashing in Roswell, New Mexico has become infamous through the decades, and people from all walks of life seem to want to believe. Roughly 34-percent of Democrats and 31-percent of Republicans agree that the infamous crash "somewhat likely" or "very likely" occurred. These trends carry over to different age groups too, with over a third of under-30-year-olds and over-65-year-olds believing in the crash. As election season drags on, Americans seem to have finally found an unlikely common ground - aliens.
