Swimmers In Spain Could Face Almost $800 Fine For Urinating In The Sea

The city of Vigo, Spain, has decided it wants to end the practice of urinating in the sea by imposing a $789 fine for anyone doing it. The legislation bans “physiological evacuation on the beach or in the sea,” but no one has any idea how the local council’s new ban could be enforced on swimmers.
