It’s the season for vacationing and packing can be stressful.
To help make it easier, “Good Morning America” asked organization queen Marie Kondo for tips. There is one that’s pure genius: lay out everything you expect to pack, then take a good look and be honest. Are you really going to use or need all of it? If not, don't pack it!
Other Marie tips include:
- Folding clothes to the smallest size possible
- Packing vertically so you can see everything in the suitcase
- Rolling clothes that wrinkle
Another thing to keep in mind is using the right bag. Long trips call for large suitcases while quick trips are perfect for small bags.
