(Spokane Valley, WA) -- A suspected shoe thief is banned from Walmart for 99 years. Spokane Valley Police were called to a Walmart when a customer put on a pair of shoes, and left his old shoes on the rack. A deputy contacted 27-year-old Jacob Lockard who ran out of the store wearing the new shoes. Deputies caught up with Lockard and took him into custody. He was wanted for escaping the Washington Department of Corrections. He was trespassed from all Walmarts for 99 years and charged with theft and resisting arrest. He did get his old shoes back.
