In North Little Rock, Arkansas, some passive aggressive neighboring is going on.

Nextdoor neighbor Willie Baker posted that he got new neighbors a couple of weeks ago and that they brought two emotional support goats with them. He explains in the post that the animals are “screaming, bellowing goats.” Willie says he dropped $30-thousand to make his backyard tranquil and now he can’t enjoy it.

The posts goes on to say he called Animal Control which said farm animals aren’t allowed in city limits. The neighbors came back with a doctor’s note saying the goats are for emotional support and now they get to stay.

Willie has no clue what to do now and is asking for legal suggestions.
