Where Are The Happiest Travel Destinations In North America?

Thinking about where you should take your next vacation? Club Med may be able to help you decide. The French travel and resort company has just released its list of the top 10 happiest travel destinations in North America.

Club Med looked at the 50 most visited tourist destinations and ranked the cities based on nine metrics: crime, safety, pollution, cost of domestic beers, outdoor activities, day trips, spa and wellness centers, LGBTQ+ friendliness and the overall happiness of each city on a scale of 0 to 100.

Topping the list at number one is Las Vegas, Nevada with a score of 73.7. Popular with tourists, “Sin City” offers a wide range of activities for visitors and that helped it land an overall happiness score of 27.6. Coming in at number two is New Orleans, which has a happiness score of 26.8 and was found to be the most LGBTQ+ friendly city, according to Club Med’s data.
