Jason Aldean Dropped By Publicist Following Wife’s Transphobic Comments

Jason Aldean’s wife Brittany has caused quite a stir with comments many deem transphobic, with both Maren Morris and Casadee Pope calling her out on it. Well, now the controversy has cost Jason his publicist.

According to “Billboard,” Nashville publicity firm The GreenRoom, which has represented Jason for close to two decades, has dropped him as a client, although they didn’t outright say it was because of the Brittany controversy.

“Music has always been and remains The GreenRoom’s core focus so we had to make the difficult decision after 17 years to step away from representing Jason," co-owner Tyne Parrish tells the magazine. “We aren’t the best people for the gig anymore, but will always be big fans off his music – he is one of the greatest live entertainers in country music."
