Fox announced on Wednesday that they’re making some big changes in season eight of “The Masked Singer.” The all-new format for the show will include two unmaskings and new celebrity singers in each episode. One singer will unmask in the middle of the episode after a vote by the studio audience, then get a front-row seat for the rest of the show.
The new season will also have themed episodes including Vegas Night, Comedy Roast, Hall of Fame, Muppets Night, Andrew Lloyd Weber Night, TV Themes, ‘90s Night, Thanksgiving, and Fright Night. The cast for the new season, premiering on September 21st, includes 22 singers with a combined 32 Grammy nominations, 16 Emmy wins, eight Gold albums, and five stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
