A petition has popped up on the Australian Parliament House website asking that the late Steve Irwin be put on Australia’s new $5 bills instead of King Charles III. The Crocodile Hunter died in 2006 at the age of 44 while filming a documentary, and the petition says he “epitomized the spirit of mateship.”

Australian coins and the $5 banknote are set to be updated to feature the face of King Charles III following the death of Queen Elizabeth II, but the Steve Irwin petition might not have a chance; so far, it’s only gathered 66 signatures.
