The CMA Awards are coming up November 9th on ABC and now the first promo for the telecast has been released. In it hosts Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning go through a "CMA Awards boot camp" to get ready for the big night, and while they are both excited for it, a missed high-five makes them realize they need to "get in sync" before the show.
