- This year, the honor of the best beach in the U.S. goes to Ka’anapali Beach in Lahaina, Hawaii, which also comes in at number 10 for the world’s best beaches. One reviewer describes it as, “Always beautiful. Beautiful ocean, beach and plenty of walking and snorkeling room.”
- As for the best beach in the world, that number one spot goes to Baia do Sancho on the volcanic island of Fernando de Noronha, about 200 miles off the coast of Brazil. It’s described as “A beautiful remote beach that can only be reached by descending ladders and stone steps. The majestic bluffs will take your breath away.”
