Study: Cold Weather Impacts Women’s Moods

This really isn’t a surprise, but at least women can feel validated. A new study shows how cold weather impacts a woman’s mood… and it’s not good.

Here’s the breakdown:

  • More than half of women said they can’t make it through two months of wintry weather
  • 49-percent feel the least confident about their skin in the winter
  • Their confidence is low, women said their physical appearance (49%) is the likeliest to suffer in addition to their sleep (47%) and overall happiness (47%).
  • 56-percent dress differently when they aren’t confident
  • 40-percent are much more stressed
