Study Says: The Average Family Only Spends Six Hours Together A Week

The average family doesn’t really connect or spend time together anymore. A new study shows family’s only spend six hours together a week. Obviously, that takes a toll on how members relate to each other and discipline. Here are the reasons for lack of family connection:

  • Work gets in the way
  • household chores
  • TV time
  • Social activities

If you want to find a starting point to reconnect your family, try having a meal together. About 74-percent say that works. Cooking together is another way to reconnect.
