What should a hungry moose do when searching for something green to eat on a cool Anchorage, Alaska day? The answer is… he should wander into a medical office and chow down on the greenery decorating the lobby. That’s what happened in Alaska recently when a hungry animal went in search of some roughage.
The hospital’s director, Randy Hughes, said he received a call that “a moose had just walked into the building” and that security officers tried to corral and “escort” it off the premises. But the big guy eventually had his fill from the lobby salad bar and meandered off on his own. *In case that’s not exciting enough, bears have also been known to wander into the emergency room of the medical building as well.
